Hi. My name is Charlie, and I am a freelance photo retoucher. I offer full service high end retouching. My services are available for photographers, models and people interested in professional photo editing. Retouching is not simply about removing blemishes or changing backgrounds; each photograph is a unique piece of art and is treated as such.
My rates are affordable. Retouching starts at $5 per photo and goes up based on the amount of retouching. I give a 15% discount if you need 10 or more photos retouched. You are not billed until you are completely satified with my work.
